What is The Chef Wear’s return policy?

At The Chef Wear, your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply fill out your product return form and ship items back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Products that have been worn, washed, or modified cannot be returned. Items that have been customized cannot be returned.

How do I return or exchange an item?

  • 1. Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip (Don't Have it? Download a printable version here).
  • 2. Securely pack the items you're returning and include the completed return form in the package.
  • 3. Bring the package to a shipping carrier of your choice, add postage, and send to:

Where do I find my Order Number / Order ID?

In your order confirmation email, on the packing slip that arrived with your shipment, or on the 'My Orders' page (available under the Account menu at the top of the page when you are logged in). If you cannot locate your order number, please contact Customer Service.

Do I have to pay for my return?

Yes. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for returns/exchanges. There is no additional shipping cost on any replacement items sent to you as part of an exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event of receiving damaged/defective merchandise, The Chef Wear will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact Customer Service before returning damaged/defective merchandise.

What if I have a defective or damaged item?

We will send you a return label for any returns/exchanges due to merchandise that arrived damaged or defective. Please contact Customer Service.

How do I check the status of my return/exchange?

Can I return embroidered items?

No, but we will exchange embroidered items at no cost if the merchandise arrives damaged or defective. Please contact Customer Service to request authorization.
